Scott Kogos is a gem! He's a fantastic neighbor, and it turns out, a fantastic real estate agent as well. I was facing the daunting task of renting out my apartment along with organizing a big move of my own. Scott kindly offered a service I was not aware was available. He, along with his incredible colleague Will, rented out my apartment to some wonderful tenants. Will also helps organize and manage any work or maintenance that is needed in my absence. Definitely work with these great people if you get the chance!
